I need to think about the composition of the images in my CV and more importantly what they say about me, I do think I should include a picture of me, I think it makes the CV more personal and allows the potential employer to see what you look like before they meet you for an interview if successful. I like this design with the mirror effect, think it ties to two pages together well. Needs more design though.
